District Drivers
To be a driver for the district, i.e. field trips and sporting events, all drivers must be registered with the district.
If you would like to be added to our list of qualified district drivers, please submit the following forms to the District Office:
Bodily Injury: $100,000 each person
$300,000 each occurrence
Property Damage: $25,000 each occurrence
OR
Combined Single Limit: $300,000 each occurrence

If you would like to be added to our list of qualified district drivers, please submit the following forms to the District Office:
- Completed and signed Authorization for Release of Driver Record
- Completed and signed Driver/Chaperone Contract
- Completed and signed Application to Provide Student Transportation, and
- Proof of Insurance showing minimum limits of coverage:
