Drivers & Volunteers

In order to volunteer you must complete the necessary paperwork, complete any required trainings and, in some cases, get fingerprinted and have a current TB test on file.

Examples of a district volunteer include:
  • Volunteer Coach
  • Chaperone
  • Driver for field trips/games
  • Classroom Volunteer

Forms & Applications

Driver:
To be a driver for the district, i.e. field trips and sporting events, all drivers must be approved and registered with the district.

If you would like to be added to our list of qualified district drivers, please submit the following forms to the District Office:

1. Authorization for Release of Driver Record
2. ​Driver/Chaperone Contract 
3. Application to Provide Student Transportation

4. Proof of your current insurance policy with the following liability limitations:

           Bodily Injury:                  $100,000 each person
                                                        $300,000 each occurrence
           Property Damage:         $100,000 each occurrence
                                                     OR
​           Combined Single Limit:  $300,000 each occurrence
 
Once your paperwork has been submitted and approved, you will be added to the district's list of approved drivers. Insurance information and driving records must be renewed every 12 months.
