At Potter Valley Community Unified, our unique athletic program is one of several things that set us apart from other school districts. If a student wants to play on a sports team, they can do so without the pressure of tryouts and having to face the potential disappointment of not being selected for a team. We recognize and appreciate the benefits that participating in athletics can provide to children and encourage all of our students to participate in any way that they are able to.

Not only does the district strongly support our teams, but we are lucky enough to have the most dedicated and spirited community members in the area. Whether they have a niece, nephew, child, grandchild, or none at all, we can always depend on our community to show up in their blue & gold and cheer on our teams. Regardless of if they are an alumni or not, it doesn't make a difference because​ deep down inside, we've all got that Bearcat pride!
