Bullying & Harassment Reporting

Potter Valley Schools takes pride in providing a positive and safe environment for all individuals and urge our students to practice being safe, kind, and respectful to their peers, parents, and to themselves. We take bullying very seriously and strive to provide our students and staff members with a safe and accepting environment and ask that if you see something, say something.

We understand that it can be difficult, and sometimes scary, for an individual to come forward and report any bullying and/or harassment that they may have witnessed which is why we have developed a way for people to make anonymous reports, should they choose to not be identified.

  

By using the form below, all reports of bullying and/or harassment will be 100% anonymous unless the reporting party chooses to share their identity with administration. Once the form has been submitted the Superintendent will be sent the submission via email where he/she will then review and follow-up as necessary. Bullying and harassment of any kind is not tolerated and all reports are taken very seriously.

If you are a witness and/or victim of bullying/harassment, please complete the form below to report it. All reports remain anonymous unless you choose otherwise. Should you choose to share your name in your report, it will only be shared with the appropriate administrative personnel, if deemed necessary. Under no circumstances will your name be shared with any fellow students, parents, or unnecessary staff members without your permission.  ​
