New Student Enrollment
If you are interested in enrolling your child in our district, please either complete the following form or contact the appropriate site for new student enrollment information and paperwork.
For TK through 6th grade enrollment: 707-743-1115
For 7th through 12th grade enrollment: 707-743-1142

Interdistrict Transfer Requests
If you live within Potter Valley Community Unified School District boundaries and would like to request a transfer to a different school district from Potter Valley, please complete this
Interdistrict Transfer Request form.
Once complete, you may email your form to the District Secretary, pvhr@pottervalleyschools.us or drop it off at the District Office where it will then be reviewed by the Superintendent and Board of Trustees at the next board meeting. Once a decision has been made regarding your request, it will be signed and forwarded to the district you are requesting to transfer to.
